Austrian Science Talk (AST) @ New York Academy of Sciences
The AST 2011 took place on September 10, 2011 at the New York Academy of Sciences. The annual conference provided participants with an opportunity to learn about recent R&D policy developments, new career and funding opportunities, and to facilitate the establishment of research collaborations between North America and Austria. The conference facilitated discussion, interaction and also provided an ideal opportunity for networking. For the first time, in co-operation with the Austrian Trade Commission, we also brought together executives of Austrian subsidiaries in the United States and Austrian Scientists based in North America the day prior to the AST - Austria Connects Business and Academia. Further information is available in the agenda. For additional information on the Austrian Science Talk and the events of past years, visit the Austrian Science Talk Archive page.
