The OST has established Inquiry Management as one of the key services offered specifically to users of the OST Scientist Network. The OST's Inquiry Management is implemented in two ways: by the FAQ section on our Web site, and by personalized support of the OST team.

Our goal is to assist Austrian scientists in North America with questions specifically regarding:

We have implemented an FAQ section in order to provide you with relevant information frequently requested by Austrian scientists, scholars, R&D managers, and S&T experts in North America. This section provides a starting point for additional research on the topics mentioned above, and allows you to search for information on your own. Information about administrative matters such as visa applications, housing opportunities, and taxation is mainly provided by partners of the OST; however, links and information for further research are included in the FAQ section.

In addition, our team makes it a point to provide you with personalized support. If your questions cannot be answered by the information provided on our Web site, we are happy to receive your inquiries via our contact page. Our goal is to reply to inquiries within five business days.
