Where can I find more information about the Canadian educational system?
The Canadian Education Centre Network helps to gain an insight into the Canadian education system. The Council of Ministers of Education provides an extensive platform with general information about studying in Canada as well as detailed information on selected topics. Questions such as how to find a suitable program, to be expected education costs, and requirements for student visas are answered.

What types of study opportunities are available in Canada?
The Canadian Education Centre Network provides comprehensive information on universities, community colleges, technical institutes, career colleges, secondary schools, summer camps, and language schools in Canada on their "Study Canada" Web site. Furthermore, a list of universities is displayed. The Canadian Information Centre for International Credentials offers comprehensive information on studying in Canada, including a directory of universities, student financial assistance, and other related topics. For information on scholarships, please visit "Canadian Scholarship Information for International Students" or the "Scholarships and Bursaries" Web site.

There are seventeen faculties of medicine in Canada. The Association of Faculties of Medicine of Canada provides an overview on Canadian study opportunities in the field of medicine, and provides a list with faculties of medicine on its Web site.

I would like to study in Canada. Where can I find more information on exchange programs?
Austrian students interested in studying abroad in Canada will find information on the topic in the "Studying Abroad" section of the Austrian National Union of Students (ÖH, Österreichische Hochschülerinnen und Hochschülerschaft). This information is only available in German. The section provides interested students with important information on studying abroad, as well as on international internships and summer programs.
