Dan Amon works on a variety of energy efficiency and water conservation projects as the National Energy Manager for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

He has led a distinguished career in engineering and construction for more than 20 years. He has a wide range of experience in mechanical design and construction, including semiconductor facilities, pharmaceutical facilities, and other high technology industries.

Amon received his undergraduate degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Minnesota Institute of Technology, and went on to earn a Master's degree in Engineering and Management from Stanford University. In addition, Amon has been a Registered Mechanical Engineer since 1988.
