 Rogan Kersh Associate Professor of Political Science & Public Administration Maxwell School Syracuse University Syracuse, New York rtkersh(at)maxwell.syr.edu Since 2003, Rogan Kersh has been associate professor of political science & public administration at the Maxwell School, Syracuse University. He has published numerous scholarly writings, frequently writes for popular journals, including The New York Times, and comments on US political issues in national periodicals and on television and radio. He also has extensive experience in both domestic and international politics. In 2001, he won both Syracuse University's Moynihan Award (outstanding junior faculty member in the Maxwell School) and the Meredith Award (university-wide award for exemplary teaching); he received the Chancellor's Award for Public Service to the university in 2005.
