 Johannes Divjak Staff Member Austrian Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs, Family and Youth (BMVA) Department of Commercial Law Vienna, Austria Johannes Divjak is a staff member of the Department of Commercial Law in the Austrian Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs, Family and Youth (BMVA). He was a visiting expert assigned to the OST by the BMVA, where he serves with the division responsible for dealing with all legal matters concerning commercial plants, especially in the area of editing and reviewing bills associated with those.
