Astrid Roemer is currently working as the senior research services officer at the Faculty of Mathematics at the University of Vienna.

Before specializing in research services, she worked in Austria and France in the areas of public relations and event organization.

Roemer holds master's degrees in theatre, film, and media studies, and English from the University of Vienna, Austria.
