![]() Sabine Pölzl European Commission Brussels, Belgium Sabine Pölzl is a member of the Austrian Federal Ministry of Science and Research. Currently she's working as national expert in the European Commission. Since 2000 she has been the coordinator of various science projects within the framework of the European Social Fund. Previous to her current position, Pölzl coordinated European Union issues within the Ministry. In 2002 she spent three months in Sweden as a Senior Visiting Expert, followed by a six-month stay at the Office of Science & Technology in Washington, D.C. from fall 2003 through winter 2004. From 1995 – 1997, she was invited to join the Sokrates technical assistance office in Brussels to help manage EU mobility programs. Sabine Pölzl holds a master's degree in English and German from the University of Graz, Austria. |
