Florian Pecenka
Visiting Expert
Florian Pecenka studied law at the University of Vienna. During his studies he spent one year in Madrid, participating in an Erasmus program. After his graduation in 2002, Florian completed an internship at the Austrian Courts then returned to Madrid for a Master of Advanced International Studies in international relations and European law. Since 2005 Florian has been working as an EU consultant at the Ministry of Science and Research, previously involved with the organization of the Austrian EU Presidency in 2006 and now responsible for EU and international matters. Florian is a visiting expert at the OST from January to June 2008.
