Sabine Neyer is a member of the Austrian Ministry for Science and Research. She has been dealing with EU Affairs for a number of years and has gained experience in Education, Higher Education, and R&D during the Austrian EU-Presidency in the office of the Minister for Science, Education and Research Elisabeth Gehrer.

Since January 2007, she has been working as attachée for science and research at the Austrian Permanent Representation to the EU.

Neyer holds a Ph.D. in law from the University of Innsbruck, Austria.
