Roland Schneider is a project assistant at the Vienna University of Economics and Business.

His work experience includes internships at the Vienna Science and Technology Fund and the Platform for Science and Technology Evaluation. From January through March 2007, Roland Schneider was an intern at the Office of Science & Technology.

Schneider completed his diploma-studies in socioeconomics at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. In the course of his studies he spent five months studying economics in the School of Business, Economics, and Law at Gothenburg University in Sweden.
