 John J. Pederson Retired vice president of Patents and Consumer Affairs Zenith- LG Electronics USA, Inc.
John J. Pederson retired from Zenith in 1991, where he started as a patent solicitor, and in succession has been manager of Zenith's Patent Department, general patent counsel, director of Patents, and vice president of Patents and Consumer Affairs. Mr. Pederson has been active in volunteer executive counseling for 10 years. He was a member of the Bar for the US Patent Office, the State of Illinois, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. Mr. Pederson earned his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois, US, and his Doctor of Law degree from DePaul University College of Law, Chicago, Illinois, US.
