 Raoul Kneucker Professor honoris causa Institute of Political Sciences University of Innsbruck Innsbruck, Austria Raoul Kneucker is a professor honoris causa at the Institute of Political Sciences at the Leopold Franzens University in Innsbruck, Austria. He was director general of Directorate VI (Scientific Research and International Science Affairs) at the Austrian Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Culture (BMBWK). He retired from the BMBWK on December 31, 2002. He was a lecturer at several Austrian as well as foreign universities, and a guest professor at the University of Nebraska.
