Ada Pellert is vice president for academic affairs and professor of continuing education research at the Danube University in Krems, Austria, a state university for further and advanced studies.

Since 1989, she is has been a member of the Institute for Interdisciplinary Studies of Austrian Universities of Klagenfurt, Vienna, Innsbruck, Graz (IFF), Department of Higher Education Research. Her research focuses on higher education management and leadership, and on organizational development and staff development in institutions of higher education.

Pellert received her master’s degree in business administration and a Ph.D. in social and economic sciences from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration.
