United States House of Representative Member Sherwood Boehlert has led the House Science Committee since January 2001. Mr. Boehlert, a graduate of Utica College, served as chief of staff for area Congressmen Alexander Pirnie and Donald Mitchell before being elected to represent Central New York in the U.S. House of Representatives in 1982.
